To cancel your Errsole account and subscription, please contact our support team at support@errsole.com.
You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder to initiate a cancellation. Accounts must be in good standing without any ongoing disputes or breaches of our Terms & Conditions.
Please submit your cancellation request at least 3 days before your next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the next billing cycle will result in a charge for the subsequent month, with the cancellation taking effect at the end of that billing period.
Errsole does not offer refunds for partial billing periods or any unused portion of the services. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, particularly within the first 30 days of subscription, subject to Errsole's discretion.
Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days for potential account reactivation. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems. If you wish to have your data deleted immediately upon cancellation, please notify our support team.
Errsole reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy. Any changes will be communicated through our website and take effect immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
